yoga offerings

Yoga is a beautiful practice that can meet you wherever you are in life.  It can consist of breathwork, meditation,  physical movement, & everything in between. We offer group classes in a public studio, one on one privates, group privates, & private event classes. Also being trauma informed,  a registered childrens yoga teacher & a registered prenatal yoga teacher, classes can be catered to many different asks & needs. Bring yoga into your life rather it be for you as an individual, A family flow, or a fun & relaxing addition to any event.

1:1 privates- 65$ an hour within 20 miles or in studio 

                    75$ an hour within 50 miles  

Group privates- 25$ base price + 15$ per person within 20 miles or in studio

Private events-  25$ base price + 15$ per person within 20 miles or in studio

 Classes can be themed & props supplied
