Postpartum doula care

Families spend so much time planning on their new little addition’s arrival, but what happens once they are here? Postpartum is a time that is often put in the shadow of pregnancy & birth, but is just as, if not more, important. The transition after coming home is crucial & at times, overwhelming. Postpartum doulas are here to help you find a rhythm, be an extra set of hands in many different ways, company when you need it, and help with any resources you may need. 

Death doula care

Doula care is commonly know to assist in the beginning stages of life, but what about the end stages? Bridging the gap between family & medical staff, death doulas can provide time, support & help with non-medical tasks. Diagnoses can be scary & at times, hard to process. Death doulas can be there to help with companionship at home or appointments, help with planning funeral/memorial services, burial or cremation options, obituary writing, light housework, having someone there to spend time and talk with & more. The ultimate goal is to help create an atmosphere that’s personal, peaceful & individualized for a calm end of life transition.
